EliteFans LLC (“EliteFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a lawful, safe, and respectful platform.

This Complaints & Content Removal Policy explains how individuals may report content that may be unlawful, unsafe, unauthorized, or otherwise in violation of our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, and how such reports are reviewed and resolved.

This policy applies to all content available on www.elitefans.ai (the “Platform”), including images, videos, livestreams, audio, text, and other user-generated material.

1. Reporting Content

Any individual may report content they believe:

• Violates EliteFans.ai’s Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy;

• Infringes rights of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, authorization, or consent;

• Is abusive, deceptive, coercive, threatening, harassing, or harmful;

• Involves suspected fraud, impersonation, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct;

• Violates intellectual property rights, including copyright claims handled under the DMCA Policy.

Incomplete reports may delay review.

2. Review Process

All properly submitted complaints are logged and reviewed. EliteFans.ai will:

• Assess whether the reported content violates applicable laws or platform policies;

• Conduct an internal moderation review;

• Request additional documentation where necessary;

• Temporarily restrict access to content while an investigation is ongoing, where appropriate.

EliteFans.ai aims to review and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Urgent safety concerns may be prioritized.

EliteFans.ai reserves sole discretion in determining whether content violates its policies.

3. Investigation Outcomes

Following review, EliteFans.ai may take one or more of the following actions:

• Determine that no violation occurred and take no action;

• Restrict visibility of the content;

• Remove content;

• Suspend or terminate user accounts;

• Preserve records for evidentiary, compliance, or legal purposes;

• Refer matters to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Actions are determined based on available evidence, applicable laws, and internal policies.

4. Appeals Process

If a content uploader disagrees with an enforcement action, they may submit an appeal. Appeals must:

• Be submitted within a reasonable period after notification;

• Include relevant supporting documentation;

• Clearly explain why the user believes the action should be modified or reversed.

Appeals are reviewed through an internal review process. EliteFans.ai reserves the right to uphold, modify, or reverse prior enforcement decisions.

5. Emergency and Illegal Content

Content or conduct involving the following may result in immediate restriction, removal, account suspension, or other enforcement action without prior notice:

• Credible threats of violence or serious harm;

• Safety risks involving minors or vulnerable individuals;

• Suspected exploitation, coercion, or abuse;

• Fraud, impersonation, identity misuse, or unauthorized access;

• Other unlawful activity or urgent safety concerns.

6. Good Faith Reporting

Complaints must be submitted in good faith. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive reports may result in enforcement action, including account suspension.
